Helping Teens Move Past Anxiety and Into Confidence

A supportive, six-week program that combines movement and mental health coaching to help adolescents reconnect with their bodies, reduce stress, and build resilience.

What Is Power Up Method?

Tweens & Teens (Ages 12–14) is a dynamic 4-week program designed to ignite both the body and mind. Each session blends high-energy movement with emotional empowerment to help young participants build strength from the inside out. The journey begins with Activate, a fun, fast-paced 20–30 minute movement session that may include HIIT, strength circuits, outdoor games, or team activities—purposefully structured to boost energy, release stress, and help teens reconnect with their bodies. From there, we shift into Tune In, where breathwork, grounding, and reflective exercises teach tweens to recognize where emotions live in their bodies—giving them tools to “name it to tame it.” The session wraps with Power Tools, a short but impactful lesson that equips teens with life skills they can carry into everyday life. Topics include emotional regulation, positive self-talk, managing anxiety through movement, and learning how effort builds true confidence. It’s fitness, mindfulness, and mindset—powerfully combined.

Why It Works

Because we don’t separate the physical from the emotional—we embrace both. Power Up Method meets teens where they are, offering a judgment-free space to express themselves, move their bodies, and shift the way they view fitness, wellness, and themselves.
