I am a total beginner and have no idea where to start!
What do you do at boot camp?
We do it all and then some:)! All classes are designed to burn calories, increase endurance and build strength. Most classes are a combination of cardio and body weight exercises, but we occasionally use Kettlebells, weights and ropes.
Do I have to be a runner to join your running programs?
No, absolutely not. In fact, we love coaching beginners. Come on out and give it shot. We'll will have you running (and actually enjoying it) in no time.
Do I have to commit to the entire month of boot camp?
Can I bring a friend to try it out?
What happens if it rains?
April thru December class is outside no matter what. In extreme cases we cancel, but considered class on, no matter what mother nature throws at us. January thru March we are inside at Youth Legacy Center in East Falls.

What should I expect for my first class ?
Expect to get a great workout in and meet a great group of people. All workouts are designed for all levels. So while you will be pushed, you will also be given modifications for any exercise you are not ready for. Please bring a water bottle.
What should I expect for my first personal training session ?
The first session is a time for you and your trainer to talk about fitness goals, your current fitness routine and a plan of action.
