GoalsFit offers personal training 7 days a week in its Manayunk Studio and weekly boot camps at various locations and parks around the Philadelphia region. GoalsFit is also well known for all of their running programs, especially the Broad Street and Marathon Program. All programs are designed to help you set, accomplish and chase your “goals”, but most importantly to have fun doing it.

What started out as a small personal training studio on a side street in Roxborough is now the leader in outdoor fitness, including boot camps and running programs, in the Philadelphia area. Kasey opened GoalsFit in 2009 with a mission of making fitness fun for everyone. Ten years later, GoalsFit is going and growing strong and literally changing the lives of thousands by bringing fitness into their daily routine.

What to expect in her classes and programs: Be prepared to be on the go, interactive and to have fun. Be ready for hills, stairs and to have every muscle screaming. You will love it as much as you hate it.

Fitness Journey: Avid runner and can’t seem to get enough of it. Completed over 20 marathons, 6 Boston Marathons and recently did her first ultra.

Supergirl Striders is so much fun! We run and play games. I get to meet new friends. Our final run is hard but there are balloons, pretzels and we get this cool medal. I love Kasey!
The results are undeniable. Several years of boot camp three times a week and Track Tuesdays have made me a faster runner and a better all-around athlete than at any point in my life. Kasey does an excellent job mixing up the classes. No two boot camps are ever the same, you’ll work every muscle group, and you’ll never know what will come next. All the while, you’re pushing yourself more that you ever would on your own.
